Lesung keramik is a ceramic working company which is located in Bogor - West Java, producing since 2004 with formerly named as "Gerabah". All of our unique ceramic process are hand-maded by earthenware craftsman of Kasongan Jogyakarta and finished by us.
All of our finished ceramics and earthenwares are uniquely design with various and customized design, are displayed and marketed in "Berukaca" gallery located in Kemang - North Jakarta.
To extend the variety of more artistic design and model, we start to move to Bogor area.
Our design of colours, tones & shapes are inspired by nature, and every item we produce have been quality controlled to make sure you get what you are promised.
Lesung has been our trademark since the word simbolized the lofty meaning of mutual cooperation, since lesung itself is a tool used for processing the rice plant to become hulled rice. We use the mutual cooperation symbol itself is to embrace the small ceramics enterprise to have a better living tomorrow and better opportunity of employment.
We produce high temperature ceramics (range between 1.200 - 1.280 C degree) which will result high quality yet artistic value and most of all high durability. Some of them such as earthenwares (guci), souvenirs (fridge accessories, key holder, frame, etc.), sanitary wares (washtafel, soap bowl, toothbrush storage, towel holder, tissue box), vase, umbrella storage, sculptures (loro blonyo, animals, etc).
